Keeps my engagement and wedding rings so shiny. I used a 50/50 split of water and gold cleaner & wow. It works wonders between professional cleaning and polish. Highly recommend.I love the size and shape of it! I love how it has a basket but it has a timer for maybe 3-4 min and it turns of, and you can’t control it or change it. Had to return itI just finished cleaning all my earrings (which I have never done) and I really liked this. What I did was put them in the basket with water and soap, ran the machine, let them sit for about 20 minutes and then ran the machine again. Everything looked great. It isn't supposed to remove tarnish so if you know it is just meant to clean, then you will know it does its job. I also cleaned my glasses with it and loved the results.I bought a jewelry/eyewear concentrate to put in this along with water and this cleaned my glasses better than ANYTHING i’ve ever bought. It took care of the green gunk that gets stuck in my glasses within a few minutesI purchased this to clean fountain pens and it worked okay for this purpose for a few months. I cleaned it, dried it, put it away for a month.I just pulled it out to use it to clean a pair of earrings only to discover that the port for the power adapter is completely corroded to the point of being unusable. I purchased it in February, it's trash in September. I would not recommend.This sonic jewelry cleaner is not very effective. It won’t remove the built up hand lotion on my wedding ring. It does give the stones a bright clean shine but it’s just not powerful enough to get anything like lotion off. I will keep it but I am looking for another one. I was hoping this would be as powerful as the sonic cleaner in the jewelry stores but it’s definitely not.There is nothing to dislike about this cleaner. To improve this item would be to give a longer cleaning option.It only runs for a short time. And they just look at with gunk still on them. If I hadn't had to destroy the package just to open it, it would definitely be going back. It's a shame. Because the product itself is a nice size and looks cute.
