So after getting tired of wearing 2 watches just to keep them wound I decided I needed one of these. Of course there are so many and most looked like they were all made from the same place. I started reading all the reviews and sorting the real from the hype. This winder looked great and had good reviews, and was priced slightly higher than I wanted but I was willing to pay it for a unit that looked good and had good reviews. This winder met all the criteria. I made the right choice. I love this winder. Well packed, great color instructions and lots of features. This was the only unit in this price range that had a feature selection knob. Everything works great, almost no sound and I get annoyed at night for any sound, not this. Quiet I haven’t heard it at all. The blue led light doesn’t overpower a dark room and doesn’t keep me up another important feature. I love the way it looks. Maybe one day I’ll pay for a real burlewood winder but until then this winder works great, is very quiet and looks more expensive than it is lol. Im very happy with the purchase.While this box is nice overall by design, function, etc...I can no longer recommend it as it doesn't keep my watch wind/running anymore. It worked fine for about 5-6 months, then in June 2022 I started noticing that when I would take the watch out of the box, it would be dead and have to manually wind. I've tried all the different settings, switched the watch around inside the box, but nothing is working. Since it's been hard to keep up with diagnosing the problem, this week I decided to check it more frequently. I did find that the watch would stop within just 1-2 hours if the watch box was running. If I left the box turned off, then the watch would continue to be running for the time the manual watch can run which is about 2 days. So not sure why it doesn't keep it wind anymore.Really nicely built, no noise, perfect foe 2 watches. Highly recommend.This is a well-made and very quiet winder with one big problem. If you have bulkier watches the watch tends to rub against the bottom front window as it turns. I have a larger wrist so naturally I have a bigger bracelet, and I have to position the watch in a manner to prevent rubbing.Very professional machineThe item came packaged really well. I used the setting that the winder was set on and it seems to work well. I would purchase again.I have actually purchased two of these watch winders, one for myself and another for a friend because I was initially impressed. After about 3-4 weeks my winder now makes a thumping noise when it gets close to one full rotational turn. Really unfortunate because the winder itself does look very nice, I just think the thumping is now a sign that the worse is yet to come, that it'll soon stop working. Ironically I've only used the winder a handful of times, this thumping noise should not be occurring at all.Very quiet, attractive. Several winding combinations available. So far, reliable. Also able to display your watches nicelyI gave this rather expensive gift to my son for Christmas and it has already stopped working after three months. It simply stops turning. We have tried unplugging it, turning it off and on again - to no avail. The window for returns "closed" January 31s. This seems to be either a defective product or a lousy one. I would like a refund on this product or at the very least a replacement.Great unit in looks and function , but bought this for my husbands watch and it look great , however his watch band was too large and it kept knocking the head of the watch into the case so not sure if it’s the size of his band and the watch itself that wasn’t the fit.Too bad! Really liked the look and quality of it.casi perfecto...el unico detalle es que el espacio entre la tapa y las caratulas es demasiado ajustado...sirve para los relojes de caja mas estrecha, pero los de submarinismo y los de caja grande pegan con la tapa en cada vuelta. requiere fijarse en ese detalle para poner los relojes a cargar. por lo demas es el encordador mas silencioso discreto y elegante que tengoOverall not bad value for the money. Nice looking and very quiet especially compared to a Wolf Winder. My only complaint is the the inner lining where the lid joins the main box is misfitted and throws off the look of the box when the lid is closed.Absolutely beautiful piece. Works great
